SSC CGL 2023: Steps to Apply Online

Go to the SSC website (https://ssc.nic.in/) or click on the official link for SSC CGL apply online 2023 given above on this article.
A new window will appear with the SSC CGL 2023 enrollment link.
Select the option for “New User/Register Now.”
To commence the SSC CGL Apply Online 2023 process, an applicant must enter fundamental information about themselves, such as their name, parents’ names, birthdate, email address, and phone number.
To send your online SSC CGL 2023 registration form, click the submit option. Before sending the form, candidates are encouraged to double-check their information.
For the SSC CGL 2023 test, a Registration ID will be given to each applicant.
To finish enrollment for SSC CGL 2023, candidates must opt in using the given enrollment ID, date of birth, and password.
The final step requires applicants to submit their signatures and photos in accordance with the Staff Selection Commission of India’s specifications.
Photograph: The candidate’s picture must be taken against a clean or light-colored backdrop. The image’s file size must be greater than 4 kb and less than 12 kb. The photograph’s size must be 100 by 120 pixels in both breadth and height.
Signature: The candidate’s signature on the white page must be in black or blue pen. The required digitised duplicate of the signature must be in jpg file and be at least 1 kilo and not more than 12 kb in size. The image’s size should be 40 by 60 pixels on each side.

SSC CGL Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The selection process for the recruitment of SSC CGL 2023 is described below.

Tier I: Computer-Based Exam (Qualifying in nature)
Tier-II: Paper I (required for all jobs), Paper II for candidates applying for Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) positions in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, and
Paper III for candidates applying for Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer positions. All applicants who have successfully registered for the SSC CGL test will be given Roll Numbers and Admit Cards for the Computer Based Examination. (Tier-I).
Based on their success in Tier-I, candidates will be chosen for Tier-II and Tier-III exams.
There will be separate cut-offs for the Tier-II Paper-II (for the job of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO)), Tier-II Paper-III (for the positions of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer), and
Tier-II Paper-I. (i.e. for all other posts).
All candidates who completed Tier I will take the Tier-II exams.
In Tier II, all applicants will be needed to take Papers I, II, and III. However, only those applicants who have been selected for the positions of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer will be needed to take Papers II and III.
